OUR VISION

•Our vision is to revolutionize the IRO industry by leveraging customized, state-of-the-art software to enhance accessibility and efficiency while providing the highest quality, value-added review products to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of health care services.

• Currently conducting Internal and External (forumulary exception reviews), expanding into gerneral Federal and State External reviews as well as Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) under the NSA (No Surprises Act)

• Have expanded into Government Audits - specifically CIAs (Corporate Integrity Agreements)

• Our mission is to provide the highest quality clinical and administrative review services to help ensure that patients receive appropriate, timely, evidence-based and medically necessary health care in the least restrictive setting that meets their needs. FOCUS is URAC accredited as an Independent Review Organization and provides both Internal Reviews and External Reviews for both Behavioral Health and Medical Services. Our future product roadmap includes expansion of our core capabilities as well as entering the Indpendent Dispute Resolution (IDR) and Worker's Compensation markets.
